GENERAL RULES

• I have the right to refused to accept commission.

• Commission will only start when the payment is received

• Rush order will have additional fee.

• Weekly update will be given when the commission start.

PAYMENT

​

• I only accept full payment before starting commission

• I will discuss the payment procedure regarding the price range upon the complexity of the final output.

• Payment should be sent within 24 hours  after the discussion regarding price range.

• Method of Payment I accept  is G-cash.

• i now accept Paypal.

PROCESS & DELIVERY

​

• Commission will take about 2 weeks or 1 month depends on my schedule and the complexity of the artwork.

• Once the commission done, you will received 2 files, one with original artwork and one with watermark.

REVISION​

​

• You can ask for revision 1 time during sketch phase only.

• There will be additional fee for changes on final drawing.

• Send a specific detail upon your request commission, you can provide a reference for the details as many as you want.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

​

• I reserve the right to post the commission request online and include as one of my portfolio.

• You may post the commission artwork in any social media or website but please provide the one with the watermark I provided to you also please don't forget to give credits to me also.

• You may not make alteration or make profit from the commission artwork.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

​

• Cancellation and refund are not allowed once payment are given, please settle it upon the discussion before payment before giving go signal to start with the commission.
